City of Port Lincoln

EPLGA Conference 2018

The City of Port Lincoln has the pleasure of hosting the 2018 EPLGA Conference from Sunday 25 February to Tuesday 27 February 2018.

A membership organisation, the EPLGA provides leadership and advocacy on behalf of its eleven member Councils.  Additionally, a primary role of the EPLGA is to assist and coordinate a range of activities relative to governance, risk management, planning and reporting and community engagement at an operational level across Eyre Peninsula Councils.

The EPLGA Conference is a premier event on the 2018 Eyre Peninsula Local Government Calendar, attracting an estimated 200 delegates from across the region.  Delegates usually consist of Mayors, Councillors, Chief Executive Officers and Senior Management staff.

The conference theme for this year is 'Excel, Innovate and Thrive' and our goal is to bring together a mix of high quality presentations covering the key areas and issues faced on the Eyre Peninsula.

Any questions regarding the EPLGA Conference can be directed to Council's Community Development Officer, Helena Jones at helena.jones@plcc.sa.gov.au or phone 08 8621 2302.
