Pay the expiation
Pay the expiation before the due date - no further action will be taken.
Dispute the expiation
All disputes must be made in writing to Council using the 20-71-T67 Review of Decision Application form and must be received by Council before the due date on the original expiation. The dispute will be assessed as per Council's 20.63.2 Withdrawal of Expiation Notice policy. Verbal requests to waive will not be considered.
Arrange Part Payments
Council does not accept part payments, however you may apply to the Fines Enforcement and Recovery Unit for a part payment plan. Please call 1800 659 538 or visit their website at www.fines.sa.gov.au.
I was not the driver
If you have received an expiation for a vehicle offence and you were not the driver at the time, you will need to complete a statutory declaration and return to Council.
