Council is calling for Expression of Interest from the community to lease office space and the balcony on the first floor of the Nautilus Arts Centre.
The area offered for lease is described as common entry/reception area, central offices x 2 and balcony, first floor of the Nautilus Arts Centre, 64-66 Tasman Terrace, Port Lincoln.
That the central reception area is a non-exclusive use area with other users of the facility, and that the central offices and balcony is an exclusive use area.
That the offered lease period of time is for two (2) years (one year plus one year), unless otherwise agreed.
That the office space either side of the highlighted area is excluded, unless negotiated otherwise.
That all works or Development Approvals required to upgrade the area suitable for use will be at the expense of the applicant and will form part of the Expression of Interest.
That access to the office area is via stairs only.
That if the area is to be used after hours, it will be the applicant’s responsibility to ensure the security of the main foyer areas downstairs and upstairs.
That use of the area will be restricted when performances are being held within the Nautilus Arts Centre.
That the lease may include a clause in relation to scheduled maintenance of the building which may disrupt use of the leased area during the course of the lease period.
