Report an issue

Members of the public are encouraged to report issues and maintenance requests in the City of Port Lincoln area through the new Community Portal.  When logging certain requests, you may be required to create an account to enable us to contact you and keep you informed on the progress of your request.

When reporting an issue please provide a detailed description of the issue or work requested, along with relevant details such as location and any photos.  Following the submission, the request is directed to the appropriate department for assessment and action.

If the request is outside of business hours and the matter is urgent, please call Council's After-Hours Service on 8621 2300.

For life threatening emergencies dial 000 for Police, Fire, Ambulance.
