The City of Port Lincoln will host its annual Development and Housing Forum on Wednesday, 18 June 2025, at the Port Lincoln Hotel.

The Forum will provide valuable insights into current and future development opportunities, housing strategies, and planning initiatives that will shape Port Lincoln’s landscape. Topics will include opportunities for housing, aged care and childcare facility development, native vegetation management, and strategic land use planning to support the city’s ongoing growth.

Builders, developers, real estate professionals, business owners, investors, and interested residents are encouraged to attend and hear directly from industry experts and government leaders about the projects and strategies driving Port Lincoln’s future.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to network and participate in a moderated panel discussion featuring the following guest speakers:

• Ryan Viney, CEO, Regional Development Australia Eyre Peninsula
• Belinda Monier, Senior Consultant, Future Urban
• Dr Gayle Grieger, Manager, Native Vegetation, Department for Environment and Water
