Kirton Court Retirement Village

City of Port Lincoln own and maintains the Retirement Village in Port Lincoln known as "Kirton Court".  Council is the Administering Authority of the seven units in the village and is regulated unKirton Court Retirement Village Image 20161014der the South Australian Retirement Villages Act 1987.  

Kirton Court consists of seven independent living units with Units 1 to 5 accessed from London Street and Units 6 to 7 from Wavell Road.  Each unit contains two bedrooms, kitchen, lounge/dining room, laundry, bathroom, patio and an attached carport.

Residents are to be 55 years of age, or over, retired from work and able to live independently to qualify for a unit.  For more details you can view the Resident Handbook of Rules and Regulations
