Development Application Payments

On lodgement of your development application with Council, the Planning and Development Services team will undertake a preliminary review of the development and will issue a tax invoice and request for further information letter, if necessary to the person nominated on the development application form provided. 

Payment of the tax invoice amount will be required to be paid in full for payment to be accepted. 

The Application Number* and the Application Date* can be found on the tax invoice.  When making payment you will need a valid credit card. 

Upon payment and receipt of any information requested, the assessment of the development application will begin.
