Port Lincoln Art Prize

The Port Lincoln Art Prize exhibition is an annual event open to all Australian residents.  The Port Lincoln Art Prize provides a prestigious competition for the many artists who enter and the opportunity to have their efforts publicly acknowledged with the chance to win cash prizes.

The annual Port Lincoln Art Prize is celebrating its 12th year and has grown and developed into a significant award and exhibition for the region attracting artwork from Australia wide.

Entries are invited from local, South Australian and interstate artists, working in any 2D and 3D mediums other than photography.

The Prize categories are:

  • $5,000 Major Prize
  • $1,000 Highly Commended Prize
  • $1,000 Local Artist Prize (EP entries only)
  • $500 Rotary Youth Award
  • $100 Rotary Youth Award Highly Commended Prize
  • $500 People's Choice Award (to be announced after the close of the exhibition)

The winners of The Bendigo Bank Port Lincoln Art Prize 2020 were announced at a reception held at the Nautilus Arts Centre on Thursday 9 January 2020 with entries being exhibited at the Nautilus Arts Centre from Thursday 9 January to Saturday 15 February 2020.
