Kirton Court Retirement Village

City of Port Lincoln own and maintains the Retirement Village in Port Lincoln known as "Kirton Court" and is regulated under the SA Retirement Villages Act 1996.

Kirton Court consists of seven independent living units with a mirrored floor plan [PDF].  Units 1 to 5 are accessed from London Street and Units 6 to 7 from Wavell Road.  Each unit contains two bedrooms, kitchen, lounge/dining room, laundry, bathroom, patio, and an attached carport and private rear yard.

The expectations of the Retirement Village and the details of the various services and facilities available are outlined in the Resident Handbook of Rules and Regulations 16-51-T15 [PDF].

Residents are to be 55 years of age, or over, retired from work and able to live independently to qualify for a unit.

People who meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for a unit, are to complete and forward an Expression of Interest Form 16-51-T13 [PDF] to Council by:

All units are currently occupied.  On receipt of an Expression of Interest form your name will be put on a wait list and you will be contacted in writing by Council when a unit becomes available.  Please note this does not mean you will be automatically provided rights to the purchase of a unit, as you will still be required to undergo the registration of interest and tender process.
