The Eyre Peninsula Regional Assessment Panel (EPRAP) meetings are scheduled for the second Monday of every month, or on an as needs basis.  The meetings are generally held at the Port Lincoln Council Chambers, Level One, Civic Centre, 60 Tasman Terrace, Port Lincoln and via Zoom teleconference commencing at 5.30pm.

Meetings may at times be relocated to the Chambers of a relevant Council area where an application is located.

Members of the public can attend all meetings of the EPRAP, unless the panel determines so much of the meeting as is necessary to receive, discuss or consider in confidence any matters under section 13 of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure (General) Regulations 2017.

The EPRAP meetings are conducted in accordance with the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 and (General) Regulations 2017.

The panel is established to make decisions on planning applications, as required, in accordance with the relevant Planning policy.
