Port Lincoln Library Community Room and Display Area Bookings

Government agencies, charitable (not-for-profit) organisations, schools and community groups are welcome to use the Community Room and Community Display area at the Port Lincoln Library free of charge pending availability.

How to Apply

To book the Community Room or Community Display area you will need to complete the relevant Community Room Booking Application Form 16-6-T14 or Community Displays Permit Application 2-9-T6 and attach the following document for community displays:

  • a copy of your public liability insurance certificate of currently to the amount of $10 million noting City of Port Lincoln as an interested party.

Individuals who don't have public liability insurance can be covered by Council through the Local Government Risk Services on payment of a small fee as set out in Council's Fees and Charges Schedule.
