Use of Council Footpath for business purposes

Any person wishing to display or place items listed below on Council land for commercial purposes outside the business premises requires permission from Council.

  • tables
  • chairs
  • umbrellas
  • screens or barriers
  • freestanding heaters
  • other (promotion of plants, goods, produce or other items that may be placed on the footpath relating to the business)

How to Apply

To apply for any of the following permits you will need to complete and forward to Council the relevant form and requested documents with the fees payable as per Council's Fees and Charges Schedule.
