Works Request

Members of the public are encouraged to report any issues and maintenance requests identified in the City of Port Lincoln area via any of the following methods:

  • Please complete the details for works identified on land owned by the Council or under the Council's care, control and management via the online Works Request Form
  • complete and return Works Request Form 14-67-T2; or
  • contact Council directly on 8621 2300.

Council will require a detailed description of the work being requested including the location and your contact details.

Once the works request has been received by Council it will be forwarded to the appropriate department for assessment and action.  A staff member will be in contact to inform you of the outcome/action taken.
