Registers and Codes

The Eyre Peninsula Regional Assessment Panel (EPRAP) is required to have appropriate policies, procedures, registers and codes in place in accordance with the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 and (General) Regulations 2017.  All members of the EPRAP must act honestly in the performance and discharge of official functions and duties.

The EPRAP codes and registers can be accessed below or can be inspected (without charge) at the Council Office, Level One, Civic Centre, 60 Tasman Terrace, Port Lincoln during normal business hours, 9.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday or from the Council Office in your local area or website.

All members of the panel must observe and comply with the code of conduct adopted by the Minister under Schedule 3 of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 and the EPRAP Terms of Reference.

A register will be maintained by the Regional Assessment Manager located at the City of Port Lincoln containing the disclosures of financial interests made by the members of the Panel pursuant to their obligation under Schedule 1 of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.

The Register of Financial Interests is available for inspection (without charge) at the Council Offices and a copy of the register can be obtained upon request on payment of a fee.
