Third Party Information Requests

Requests for personal information in relation to an individual or a third party such as a postal address for a neighbouring fence or a copy of a development plan near your property may be obtained from Council by completing the appropriate Request for Personal Information - Ratepayer or Resident 13-36-T3 or Request for Personal Information of a Third Party 13-36-T2 form and lodging it with Council.

It is recommended that before you make a request for personal information to read Council's Privacy Policy 13.63.1.

On lodgement of either form Council will contact the Third Party to ascertain whether the individual or third party approve the release of their personal information.  Council will be in contact to notify you of the decision.

Please note that the fees payable with the form will not be refunded should the third party not give their permission to release the information requested.   If approval is given the information requested will be provided to you as soon as practicable.
