Requests for personal information in relation to an individual or a third party such as a postal address for a neighbouring fence or a copy of a development plan near your property may be obtained from Council by completing the appropriate form below.  You can lodge your request using the online form or you can complete the PDF version and forward to Council.

On lodgement of a form Council will contact the Third Party to ascertain whether the individual or third party approve the release of their personal information.  Council will be in contact to notify you of the decision.

Please note fees are payable with the form will not be refunded should the third party not give their permission to release the information requested.   If approval is given the information requested will be provided to you as soon as practicable.

The PDF forms can be forwarded to Council with the appropriate fee as set out in Council's Fees and Charges Schedule either by:
