Tenders
Council utilises a number of procurement methods to acquire goods and services. The procurement approach will vary depending on the scope, objectives, size of the market, time constraints, risks associated with the activity or project and the value of the goods and services.
Council will ensure that it is fair and equitable to all parties involved as well as achieving the best possible outcome for Council and its community when considering its procurement methods.
It is recommended that you read Council's Procurement Policy 7.63.15 [PDF] which guides Council's approach to procurement.
Depending on the tender type, Council will advertise tenders locally or on the SA Tenders and Contracts website.

Expression of Interest
15 April 2024 - 28 May 2024, 9.00am
City of Port Lincoln invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from the community for the Lease of Flinders Park Garden Shed located on a portion of land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 5787 Folio 373 formerly known as the Anglers Club.
Applicants are required to complete an EOI Form and include a Business Plan and Business Proposal.
Open inspection of Garden Shed
An open inspection of the Garden Shed will be held at the premises:
- Tuesday 30 April 2024 - 10am to 11am
- Wednesday 1 May 2024 - 10am to 11am
