Pre-qualified Contractor Register

Council has established a Pre-qualified Contractor Register which includes businesses and individuals who have been assessed as meeting minimum compliance, and criteria for the provision of goods and/or services.

The Pre-qualified Contractor Register provides Council with an efficient method of obtaining goods and services to meet its operational requirements.

It is recommended that before applying to be put on the register to read Council's Procurement Policy 7.63.15 [PDF]

To be included on Council's Pre-Qualified Contractor Register, contractors are required to complete the Pre-Qualified Contractor Registration Form 7-81-T20 [PDF] and forward to Council with the mandatory documents and any additional documents required that are relevant for consideration either by:

Once your application has been assessed against the Pre-Qualified Contractor Assessment form for compliance successful applicants will be added to the register and will be notified and issued with a Pre-qualified Contractor identification number.

The Registrant will be required to undertake a Council WHS Contractors Induction.

Please note that inclusion onto Council's Pre-qualified Contractor Register does not commit, obligate or otherwise create a legal obligation on the City of Port Lincoln to purchase the services from or contract work to the Registrant.
