Expressions of Interest - Lease of commercial premises Nautlius Arts Centre Ground Floor

The City of Port Lincoln invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified individuals or businesses for lease of the commercial premises located on the ground floor of the Nautilus Arts Centre at 64 Tasman Terrace, Port Lincoln.

The tenancy includes approximately 66.5 square metres of ground floor space and is currently fitted for café-style operations.  The premises are positioned in a prominent waterfront location along Tasman Terrace and the foreshore area, a location popular with community members and visitors alike.

Through the EOI process, Council is seeking proposals that outline a clear business concept and demonstrate how the tenancy will provide a welcoming and engaging space for the community and visitors.
