Published 11th April 2024

The City of Port Lincoln is pleased to announce an upcoming Development and Housing Forum aimed at providing invaluable insights into key processes and opportunities for development applications, demographic trends, issues facing businesses and the current state of the building industry.

The forum will be held at the Port Lincoln Hotel Function Room on Tuesday 30 April 2024 at 5pm.  We invite individuals with direct interests in development and property investment to come together to discuss both current and strategic issues and opportunities for progressing development, infrastructure and housing in the City.

This forum promises to provide a comprehensive understanding of the development and housing landscape in the City of Port Lincoln.  With a focus on the progression from the Development Act and its impact on the city, while also touching upon the City of Port Lincoln’s housing strategy, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from industry experts and city officials who will discuss the latest developments and challenges in the region.

Deputy Mayor Jack Ritchie said, “We are looking forward to hearing from the community and sharing ideas and learnings.  This forum presents an opportunity for residents, developers and business owners to gain valuable insights, network and actively participate in shaping the future of our city.”

“We encourage you not to miss out on this important event, everyone is welcome to come along – Mark your calendars and join us and guest speakers at the Port Lincoln Hotel on April 30 at 5pm.”
