Expression of Interest - Leasable Property - Flinders Park Garden Shed
City of Port Lincoln invites Expression of Interest from the community for the Lease of Flinders Park Garden Shed located on a portion of land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 5787 Folio 373 formerly known as the Anglers Club.
Applicants are required to complete an Expression of Interest Form and ensure all necessary information is submitted, includes a Business Plan and Business Proposal.
The Expression of Interest Form and supporting information can be accessed via Council’s website at www.portlincoln.sa.gov.au/tenders.
An open inspection of the Garden Shed will be held at the premises between 10am and 11am on Tuesday 30 April 2024 and Wednesday 1 May 2024. To register your interest please email plcc@plcc.sa.gov.au or call 8621 2300.
