Port Lincoln Art Prize

The Port Lincoln Art Prize exhibition is an annual event open to all Australian residents.  The Port Lincoln Art Prize provides a prestigious competition for the many artists who enter and the opportunity to have their efforts publicly acknowledged with the chance to win cash prizes.

The annual Port Lincoln Art Prize is celebrating its 11th year and has grown and developed into a significant award and exhibition for the region attracting artwork from Australia wide.

Entries are invited from local, South Australian and interstate artists, working in any 2D and 3D mediums other than photography.

The Prize categories are:

  • $5,000 Major Award
  • $1,000 Highly Commended
  • $500 Local Artist Award (EP entries only)
  • $500 People's Choice Award
  • $500 Youth Award 1st Place
  • $100 Youth Award Highly Commended

The winners for The Bendigo Bank Port Lincoln Art Prize 2019 were announced at a reception held at the Nautilus Arts Centre on Thursday 10 January 2019 with entries being exhibited at the Nautilus Arts Centre from Thursday 10 January to Saturday 16 February 2019.
